Why is City Hall Closed Today (Every Other Friday)?

It seems like they're still doing less while we pay more

City Hall is closed today. But why?

Well, back in the 90’s the State started demanding that agencies pretend to do something about the environment in any idiotic way possible. One of those idiotic ways was to pretend that if you don’t require City workers to commute to work every now and again - they’ll somehow use less gas and emit less carbon.
